INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for:

Utility improvements at nine (9) sites, which includes installation and replacement of storm and sanitary sewers. The nine (9) sites are listed below:

• 117B St: Flankage of 11779 96 Ave
• 96A Ave: Townline Div to 116 Ave
• Princess Dr and Lane West of: 96A Ave to 97A Ave
• 115A St; 97 Ave; Crown Cr
• Lane East of 129A St: #10247 to 103 Ave (City Design)
• Regal Dr: Regent Pl to 11291
• 11671 96 Ave to 96A Ave and 116 St
• 177B St and 57 Ave

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website. No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)

Tenders are scheduled to close:

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for 4722-003-11”and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8. Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
