Royal Kwantlen Park
Take a walk through the forest, or explore the various amenities and athletic facilities available at Royal Kwantlen Park.
City parks are open for casual use. To minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission, stay home when sick, stay 2 metres apart, do not gather in groups, and wear a mask in crowded spaces. Spectators for outdoor sports are not permitted as per new public health orders.
Dawn until dusk
Royal Kwantlen Park offers a variety of open spaces, natural areas and athletic facilities.
At the south side of the park, near the fire hall, you'll find tennis and basketball courts, a lacrosse box, skate park, playground and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a washroom and changing room building.
To the north and west of the park you'll find several baseball diamonds and active fields, as well as two all-weather fine gravel fields. The two all-weather fields feature flood lighting for evening use. Book a sports field for your team or league. There are also walking paths and many open spaces for recreational pick-up games.
At the Northwest of the park you'll find a fairly large forested area with walking trails that loop through the forest.
Royal Kwantlen Park is located between 104 Avenue and 106 Avenue, with an area of approximately 15 hectares (37 acres). Parking is available from Old Yale Road, just north of 104 Avenue, and from 106 Avenue and 130 Street.
