Surrey City Hall is a key element of the Build Surrey City Centre Strategy. The LEED-Gold Certified building features:

  • district energy system to heat and cool City Hall, City Centre Library and 3 Civic Plaza and
  • Dual-purpose Council Chambers for council meetings that are available for public rentals for business functions, performing arts and cultural events.

Surrey City Hall is accompanied by Civic Plaza, an outdoor civic square that connects City Hall, our flagship Surrey City Centre Library, 3 Civic Plaza, and KPU and SFU campuses. Surrey Civic Plaza serves as a community hub and gathering place for community celebrations.
