City Hall operating hours are weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm. For after-hour media requests, email media.requests@surrey.ca. Media requests of an urgent and operational nature will be responded to after hours. All other requests will be actioned the next business day.

The City of Surrey has begun work on a new outdoor sport and cultural venue in North Surrey, which will be able to host the sport of Kabaddi as well as community events and concerts.

To promote the new facility and encourage recycling and proper waste disposal, the City will be hosting “Disposal Days” for Surrey residents to drop off unwanted waste and household items for free or at discounted rates from September 19 to October 2.

Once complete, the venue will provide the community with increased access to high-quality outdoor amenities, accommodate some special events and a variety of high-level football, soccer and track and field sporting activities.
