Weekend and after-hour media requests

City Hall operating hours are weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm. For after-hour media requests, email media.requests@surrey.ca. Media requests of an urgent and operational nature will be responded to after hours. All other requests will be actioned the next business day.

With the rising number of cases in the second wave of COVID-19, Surrey City Council meetings will be returning to virtual meetings to ensure the safety of the public, staff and Council members.

The response addresses the emerging needs of people experiencing homelessness, or who are at risk of homelessness in Surrey related to impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite the challenges that have been brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Surrey’s Budget 2021 is balanced.
