COMMUNITY CHARTER, S.B.C. 2003, CHAPTER 26 NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF CITY LANDS

Pursuant to Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, Chapter 26, as amended, the City of Surrey hereby gives notice of the intention to dispose of the following RF zoned, single family building lots and invites offers to purchase the lots:

Property description

These are 3 fully serviced RF building lots, each of 769.4 m² (8,282 ft.²) in lot size. They are located within Royal Heights neighbourhood, Surrey. Two storey home with basements can be constructed on all 3 lots.

Invitation to offers to purchase

The City invites individual offers to purchase each lot. Interested persons or parties should submit offer(s) to purchase to the City of Surrey, Realty Services Division, Engineering Department, 13450 - 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3T 1V8 before 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 9th, 2024. Offers received after this closing date and time will not be accepted or considered. Delays caused by any delivery, courier, or mail service(s) will not be grounds for an extension of the closing date.

All offers must be sealed and submitted in the Offer to Purchase form of document enclosed within the Information Package referenced below.

Persons wishing to submit offers for more than one lot must do so by separate offers.
