“Gorgeously told and superbly crafted, a must-see for young people growing up in a world where bullying is widespread but who need to understand that difference should be seen as an asset.” - Fiona Parker, ABC
Through the use of digital technology, animatronics and a beautiful original musical score, this family show follows the adventures of 11-year-old Juniper whose life is thrown into a meltdown when she receives an unkind letter from her classmates.
Based on a true story, Robot Song is an honest and unique look into writer and director Jolyon James’ experience parenting a child on the autism spectrum.
It's a joyful story that's full of hope for any child who has felt isolated and for any parent looking for tools to help. With the help of her parents and a giant singing robot Juniper comes to learn that being different is her superpower!
This is theatre for all with its powerful, eye-opening message about embracing differences.
