Description: Built c.1925 in Craftsman-influenced style, with asymmetrical placement of front entrance and gable, chamfered side gables with narrow rectangular bay, curved front porch roof supported by shaped brackets and iron work posts, wide corbelled chimney, exposed rafters. Remaining example of early residential neighbourhoods of Brownsville gradually replaced by industry.
