Councillor Gordon Hepner

I run a boutique Notary Public practice and recognize first-hand the vital connection between neighbourhoods and businesses. I have a passion for innovative development and intelligent innovation that puts the best technologies to work.

I earned my undergraduate degree at Concordia University and my Graduate Degree in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Fraser University. I have devoted my recreation time to volunteer coaching in youth sports; I am a dad to two young sons and have a passion for lacrosse and hockey.
