72 Hour Early Sign-Up

Starting July 1

To provide fair access for everyone, most of our scheduled drop-in activities will open for registration 72 hours in advance. Senior Services and Youth Services activities are exempt from this update.

Benefits of signing up early:

  1. Opportunity for everyone to try new activities
  2. Manage online volume
  3. Reduce 'no shows'

Example: If you want to sign up for a badminton class on Sunday, August 20 at 4pm, you can now secure your spot on Thursday, August 17 at 4pm.

Tip! Count back three days from the drop-in activity start date and time. We recommend you plan ahead and set a reminder on your calendar.

Once a patron has three no-shows logged on their account, they will be unable to use their membership for one week.
