72 Hour Early Sign-up

To provide fair access for everyone, most of our scheduled drop-in activities open for sign-up 72 hours in advance.

Benefits of signing up early:

  1. Opportunity for everyone to try new activities
  2. Manage online volume
  3. Reduce 'no shows'

Example: If you want to sign up for a badminton class on Sunday, August 20 at 4pm, you can now secure your spot on Thursday, August 17 at 4pm.

Tip! Count back three days from the drop-in activity start date and time. We recommend you plan ahead and set a reminder on your calendar.

Please note: Senior Services and Youth Services membership drop-in activities are excluded from this process and activities will open for sign-up one week in advance. All drop-in pickleball activities are exempt from this process and will continue to open for sign-up on Sundays at 8:30pm.

Don't Waste Your Space
