For popular programs, secure your spot online, by phone or in-person at a recreation facility.
We're excited to welcome you back to recreation facilities with your favourite drop-in activities! Program disruptions or functional closures of facilities may occur if the minimum number of staff required to operate safely are not available to work.

Outdoor Fitness Returns
Stay fit in the great outdoors this summer. Enjoy the same group fitness classes you know and love, performed in an outdoor setting at five locations across the city:
- Clayton Community Centre, 7155 187A Street
- South Surrey Athletic Field, 14600 20 Ave, Field #9
- Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre, 16855 24Ave (starts in June)
- Holland Park, 13428 Old Yale Road (starts in June)
- Francis Park, 15951 83 Ave (starts in July)
Outdoor Fitness Reminders
- Available to anyone 13 years+
- Stay home if sick.
- Class size is limited.
- Bring your own water, towel, yoga mat (if applicable).
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.
- All classes can be modified for all ability levels.
- Washrooms located nearby.
- Parking nearby. All locations are accessible by walking, biking or transit.
- Classes run rain or shine unless weather is severe.
Register
Online registration opens weekly each Sunday at 9pm.
Register by phone
Registration by phone is available. Call 604-501-5100, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and a customer service representative will be happy to help you.
Register in person
In person registration is available at any Surrey Parks, Recreation & Culture facility during hours of operation. Bring your recreation passcard when you visit.
Cancelling a registration
If you need to cancel your registration, log in to your account and follow our How to Cancel Your Activity video.
Alternatively, you can call 604-501-5100, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and a customer service representative can cancel your registration for you.
If you no longer want to use your Recreation Pass, learn how to receive a refund.
Waitlist
If you are on the waitlist for a registered activity, please wait until you receive a confirmation call that a spot has become available. Waiting at the facility may not guarantee space in the activity.
Swipe Passes & Rates
Learn about our rates for registered drop-in activities or save money by purchasing a 5,10 or 20 swipe pass. The withdrawal fee will be waived for patrons who need to cancel a booking due to illness.
Don't Waste Your Space
If patrons are registered for a drop-in activity and do not show or do not withdraw at least one hour before the start time of the activity, a no-show will be logged on their account. Once a patron has three no-shows logged on their account, they will be unable to use their membership for one week.
Recreation Passcard
All City of Surrey recreation facilities require patrons to present a Recreation Passcard before entering. The Recreation Passcard is free of charge and connects to your account. Learn about the benefits of having a Recreation Passcard.
Childminding
Childminding services at recreation facilities will be unavailable at this time.
