Using the Corporate Reports Search
Enter relevant keywords, a category and year of the report to get the most accurate results. Results will be shown in order of most recent.
Search by Category, Date and Keywords
For example, if you are looking for all Regular Council Corporate Reports from January – March, 2010:
- Select Regular Council Corporate Report in the Category dropdown list
- Enter 2010-01-01 as the Council start date
- Enter 2010-03-31 as the Council end date

Search by the Report Number
If you know the report number (sometimes referenced in meeting minutes or other documents), enter that into the keyword field. The number is typically a single letter (R, F, C, or L) followed by three numbers (ie. R034).
